NFL Rumors: Jake Long Offended By Miami Dolphins’ First Contract Offer

The Miami Dolphins have their accountants and lawyers working around the clock this off-season due to all of the free agents they need to work deals with. No name is bigger than that of their four time Pro Bowl left tackle, Jake Long.

Long is reportedly looking to get a $10 million per year deal from the Dolphins, but after his underwhelming performance in 2012, the Dolphins are hesitant to give him that type of money without seeing what type of numbers he is offered in free agency.
