The Cleveland Browns have once again cleaned house with a completely new coaching staff and front office. Even the team ownership is new. Rob Chudzinski has been named the Browns new head coach and former Arizona Cardinals coordinator Roy Horton has been hired as the team’s defensive coordinator. Both men have agreed that the Browns will change their defensive alignment to a 3-4 scheme in 2013. In order to do so, there must be some personnel changes and the first move was made on Tuesday as the team released DE Frostee Rucker.
