With Michael Vick and now Dennis Dixon signed to deals, quarterback Nick Foles appears to be the odd man out with the Philadelphia Eagles for next season. According to one report however, Foles is already drawing some interest from another team, the Kansas City Chiefs and his former coach, Andy Reid.
A source with knowledge of the situation told USA Today that the Chiefs would definitely be interested in Foles if he becomes available. The Chiefs are in desperate need of a quarterback heading into the 2013 season and Foles has intimate knowledge of Reid’s offense. Foles started seven games for the Eagles in 2012 throwing for 1,699 yards, six touchdowns and five interceptions. His best game of the season came in early December against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers when he threw for 381 yards two touchdowns and delivered a game winning touchdown throw with just seconds remaining on the clock in the fourth quarter.
