Despite calls and pressure from various media outlets, don’t look for the Washington Redskins to be changing their team name or logo at anytime in the near future. Seemingly every year, members of the media trot out the same story, trying to force the Washington Redskins to change their team name, and this year has been no different. On Thursday, team general manager Bruce Allen addressed the calls for change at a groundbreaking for the Redskins’ new training camp facility.
