Co-Jack as the Arizona fans grew to call him, was selected as the 19th overall pick in the first round of the 2003 amateur draft by the D-Backs. After putting up monster numbers in the minor leagues over the course of 2+ seasons, Jackson made his major league debut on July 28, 2005 at Wrigley Field.
