Nine NFL teams decided to make head coaching changes this offseason. The popular saying regarding the NFL is that their three letters stand for Not For Long. Head coaches generally receive a few seasons grace period to turn their respective franchises around before they start feeling the heat of the lack of success on the field. Nearly half the head coaching in the NFL are either first year rookies or entering the second season with their team. Miami, Tampa Bay, St. Louis, Denver, and Indianapolis all have coaches entering the second season of their contract.
Five current head coaches are entering the 2013 season really feeling the heat of having to win on the field this year, or else.
