Last season, I believed that the connection between Indianapolis Colts rookies, QB Andrew Luck and TE Coby Fleener, partners at Stanford University, would produce solid results. Fleener would up dealing with injury issues and never made the impact that I believed he would. The athletic tight end finished the season with just 28 receptions for 281 yards and a mere 2 touchdowns.
Entering the second year of the Colts offense and working under a new offensive coordinator which is stressing more of a ball control offense, Fleener figures to be more involved as long as he remains healthy. He is a tempting selection in fantasy leagues, but can he be trusted?
