One of the biggest questions this offseason surrounding the New England Patriots has been who is going to catch passes from QB Tom Brady. The top five receivers from the 2012 season will not be on the field for the Patriots game in week one. Two weeks ago, the Patriots worked out free agent wide receiver Laurent Robinson, but let him walk without offering a contract.
Robinson had been a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars last season, joining the franchise as a free agent after coming off a career season in 2011 which saw him score 11 touchdowns. Last season, Robinson suffered four concussions in a four month period and that led the team to release Robinson outright.
