Legendary Ohio State running back Archie Griffin remains the only player in college football history to win the Heisman Trophy two different seasons. His son, Adam Griffin, may never win one. The younger Griffin was one of two Ohio State Buckeyes players to likely have their careers cut short as a result of injury, the school confirmed this week. According to College Football Talk, Griffin underwent shoulder surgery Thursday and will not be expected to continue playing football. The other player seeing his career come to an unceremonious end is fifth-year senior defensive back Jamie Wood.
