Cleveland Browns WR Josh Gordon came off his league imposed two-game suspension in a strong fashion. Gordon was targeted 19 times while hauling in 10 receptions for 146 yards and a score. Prior to the Browns playing on Sunday, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that the Cleveland browns were fielding offers for Gordon and fellow receiver Greg Little. Although Browns head coach Rob Chudzinski denied the report, Schefter stood by his report on Monday morning claiming that an offer was already on the table for Gordon.
Now, it seems as if the Detroit Lions might be in the mix. Nate Burelson broke his arm in two places last evening after being involved in a one-car accident. Ryan Broyles will become the Lions slot receiver moving forward, but he is still recovering from his second ACL surgery.
