In this day and age, NFL teams build themselves around the draft and free agency in order to position themselves for a Super Bowl run. The window of opportunity for many teams is very slim based on certain circumstances. Teams need to peak on both sides of the ball as well as having a solid quarterback. The Houston Texans appeared as if they were one of those teams ready to make the push towards a Super Bowl appearance in recent years, but they now look to be regressing.
