According to the Discover Fan Loyalty Poll, 56% of college graduates would return to their school to relive one day, but this season, students at the University of Florida are having a season to forget. The Gators dropped a rare game to Vanderbilt this afternoon 34-17. The loss is the fifth of the season for the University of Florida and the fourth in a row. Today’s victory was the first road win in Florida since 1945 for Vandy.
While injuries have taken a toll for the Gators this season, the offense has really struggled. Prior to this afternoon’s game, Florida ranked 107th in FBS rankings for pass offense and 72nd in rushing offense. QB Tyler Murphy accounted for four turnovers in a very forgettable game for Gators’ fans.
