New York Yankees Starter C.C. Sabathia, who has struggled with injuries and on the mound in the last two seasons, maybe on the verge of needing a surgery that could possibly be a big blow to his career. After struggling in his rehab start on Wednesday, allowing five runs, three of which were earned in a little more than three innings of work, swelling was noticed in Sabathia’s right knee. Sabathia is set to meet with Doctor James Andrews soon to go over his options, but if the micro fracture surgery is needed it will add lots of questions to Sabathia’s pitching future.
