The New York Jets fell a bit short against the Green Bay Packers in Week 2. Even though the Packers had a turnover on the first play of the game, which led to an early Jets lead, they couldn’t hold it. Early in the second quarter, the Jets were up 21-3 on the Packers and everything was looking good, but the Jets’ defense couldn’t stop the Packers’ passing attack.
A major concern and the biggest weakness the Jets have has been what they will be able to do against teams with good passing attacks, and in the first game that they were tested, they failed. Aaron Rodgers had a field day against the Jets’ secondary after a tough Week 1. Rodgers went 25 for 42 with 346 yards and three touchdown passes. He looked unstoppable at many points in the game.
